Dr Niyi Ogunbiyi is Managing Director of Change Enablers. He possesses extensive experience across a range of top-tier organisations assisting them to achieve the business outcomes that matter to them, whether that’s improving service delivery or reducing costs.
Niyi holds a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Predictive Process Monitoring. a Masters in Business Administration from a leading business school and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Andy Lucas is Technical Architect at Change Enablers. He has many year's experience delivering robust, scalable technical solutions which address real business problems across organizations in sectors as diverse as local governments, entertainment, real estate, air transportation, amongst others.
