When Canada-based Public Service Request Inc. sought external system design evaluation, confirmation and enhancement services, London UK-based Change Enablers Ltd. was selected.

Early in the design and development of their cloud-housed Customer Service system for the North American market, Public Service Request Inc. (PSR) decided it needed data model design verification from an expert in Customer Service business process implementations for large scale commercial businesses. Change Enablers was chosen for its impressive credentials in the international banking sector, based in London, UK. PSR challenged Change Enablers to critique and enhance its system which was to be used in a scalable manner, from large Cities, to small rural environments, to Counties, States, Provinces and commercial Utilities. Change Enablers brought a new level of professional design verification and testing models to the table, enhancing PSR's internal design skills along the way. Mr. Niyi Ogunbiyi, Principal at Change Enablers. was easy to work with, understood the challenges of a deadlined software development environment, and made himself available for consultation over and above the normal call of duty. The resulting PSR system has easily withstood the test of time, in live service, in a variety of Public Service Client environments. Change Enablers continues to offer its services independently, and to PSR Clients who seek improvements, particularly rationalization, in their Customer Service business processes, and those who wish to establish seamless API integration with Work Management and other enterprise systems.
The RBS Group is a UK-centred bank headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland. After it received financial support from the UK Government ("state aid") in 2009, they committed to the European Commission to divest a portion of their business (Follow the Link). Change Enablers was engaged as part of the team that designed and built Corporate Banking Division (CBD) Transitional Business Processes (TBPs), which where necessary to ensure that the divested business is separated from the retained business with minimum disruption and risk. Our achievements included producing an Enterprise Model from which was collated a comprehensive list of Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes and quality assuring the output from a small team of business analysts.
Change Enablers was engaged by one of the largest Swiss banks as part of the team to deliver self-service and automation of its IT services. Our achievements included producing a model to calculate efficiency gain for re-engineered processes which formed the basis for the business case and prioritisation of Book of Work, documenting the current and proposed future state process maps and validating the implemented solutions. This resulted in a cost saving of CHF 1.2m over two years.
