HOW DOES DIAGNOSTIC PROCESS MINING WORK?
We work with you collaboratively to define the problems that you care about and quantify their impact. We subsequently apply tried and tested Lean Six Sigma techniques combined with process mining to identify and prove the root causes of these problems. We then identify and prove solutions which will eliminate these problems. If assistance is required with implementing these solutions, we are able to provide this and monitor the health of the process post-implementation.
DELIVERABLES?
- A comprehensive problem definition statement detailing the impact of the problems.
- Descriptive and diagnostic process mining process mining dashboards.
- A report which includes the identified root causes and solutions as well as how these were proven and benefits associated with implementation.
- Depending on whether assistance is required in implementing the solution, follow-up assessment on evaluating the implementation outcomes.
